Installation Notes
- Designed to replace and integrate cleanly with the factory instrument cluster surround.
- No cutting of the factory cluster trim is required.
- Test-fit the replacement trim before completing installation.
- Test-fit every 52 mm gauge before painting or applying clear coat.
- Light sanding inside the gauge openings may be required to achieve the correct fit.
- Minor wiring routing may be required depending on the gauge type and quantity.
- Professional installation is recommended for multi-gauge setups.

Surface Preparation: All primed variants must be wet sanded with 800-grit before painting. This removes minor surface imperfections and ensures proper adhesion before applying base coat and clear coat.
Mandatory Gauge Test Fit: Before painting, test-fit every 52 mm gauge and lightly sand the inside of the gauge openings as required. Gauge fitment must be confirmed at this stage because paint and clear coat will further tighten the tolerances.
For the best durability and finish quality, a 2K clear coat is strongly recommended, particularly for Australian climate and temperature conditions.
