Installation Notes
- Remove all existing adhesive, dirt, wax and contaminants from the mounting surfaces.
- Test-fit the sailplane sides before painting to confirm alignment with the roof, rear pillar and tub.
- Ensure every mounting surface is completely clean and dry before applying adhesive.
- Use high-quality automotive-grade double-sided adhesive tape where required.
- Apply firm, even pressure along the full length of each part.
- Allow adequate adhesive curing time before driving or exposing the vehicle to moisture.
- Professional installation is recommended for the best alignment and finish.

Preparation Required: All primed variants must be wet-sanded with 800-grit before painting. This removes minor surface imperfections and provides suitable adhesion for the base coat and clear coat.
Mandatory Test Fit: Perform a complete test fit before applying paint or clear coat. Check alignment against the roof, rear pillar and tub, and complete any required adjustments before finishing the product.
Differences between individual vehicles, previous repairs and body alignment may mean minor preparation or adjustment is required to achieve the best possible fit.
For maximum durability and finish quality, a 2K clear coat is strongly recommended, particularly for Australian climate and temperature conditions.
