Installation Notes

• Remove all existing adhesive, dirt, wax and contaminants from the mounting surfaces before installation.
• Test-fit the sailplane side(s) before painting to ensure correct alignment with the roof, rear pillar and tub.
• Ensure all mounting surfaces are clean and dry before applying adhesive.
• Use high-quality automotive-grade double-sided adhesive tape where required.
• Apply firm, even pressure along the full length of the part during installation.
• Allow adequate curing time for the adhesive before driving the vehicle or exposing it to moisture.
• Professional installation is recommended for the best alignment and finish.

Note: Mounting tape, clips and any additional installation hardware are not included unless otherwise stated.

Note: All primed variants must be wet sanded with 800-grit prior to painting. This removes minor surface imperfections and ensures proper adhesion before applying base coat and clear coat.

Mandatory: Before painting, perform a complete test fit of the supplied part(s). Verify the fit against the roof, rear pillar and tub, and complete any adjustments before applying paint and clear coat.

Due to differences between individual vehicles, previous repairs and body alignment, minor preparation or adjustment may be required to achieve the best possible fit.

For maximum durability and finish quality, a 2K clear coat is strongly recommended, particularly for Australian climate and temperature conditions.
